IMPORTANT DETAILS FOR ARRIVING

Gate opens by 6:15pm. First show starts at approximately 7:15pm. (Varies based off of darkness)

Please have the QR code on your ticket ready at the gate. You can either print the ticket out with the QR code or display the QR code on your phone; thank you for your assistance!

Only one ticket is needed per vehicle to see both movies.

Large vehicles are restricted from parking in the first three rows. Open hatchbacks must park in row FIVE or beyond and tailgate cannot be higher than roofline - please bring rope to tie down your tailgate. Our spots are narrow but distance between rows is larger than traditional drive-in theaters, so please sit in front of your vehicle if you wish to be outside! Parking is at our discretion, and you may be asked to move. We cannot guarantee or reserve specific spots ahead of time. Due to safety requirements, please do NOT sit or lay on top of your vehicle. You MUST have an FM radio to pick up the signal. Smart phone radio streaming apps will not be able to pick up the signal.

No smoking is allowed inside the theater. No RVs, trailers, or box trucks allowed. Two axle vehicles only. ALL LIGHTS MUST BE OFF WHILE MOVIE IS PLAYING - please know how to turn off your headlights or you may be asked to leave. (Most daytime running lights can be overridden by turning your car off, engaging your parking brake, and then turning your car back on.)

Other than for theater closure, we do not typically give refunds. Refunds are determined on a case by case basis but will not be given less than a day in advance.

Can I buy tickets in advance?

Yes, we have tickets available online at sacodrivein.eventbrite.com.

How do you get the sound for the movie?

We transmit over 89.1 FM so you just tune your car stereo to that channel to hear the film.

Are you dog friendly?

Yes! We are more than happy to accomadate your pets! We do ask that you please clean up after them, and please refrain from bringing them into the snack bar.

What are you playing on such and such date?

We only book shows about 2 weeks in advance but we do have a list of films we've requested to play. Click the "Schedule" menu above to see the potential bookings.

Can I bring my own food?

We would prefer that you don't but we won't turn you away if you do. We respectfully like to remind our guests that the only way we can keep the lights on is by selling concessions, so please consider dropping by our snack bar.

What time should we get in line?

It depends from night to night. Friday and Saturday are our busiest nights, I typically recommend getting here on those nights about one hour before the show starts to get a good spot, but we do occasionally fill up faster than that.

Do you accept credit/debit cards?

We do, but we prefer cash at the ticket booth if possible due to the processing time associated with credit cards. Sometimes it is so busy at the ticket booth we don't have a ton of time to spare with cards.

Do you have restrooms?

Yes, we have a restroom located inside the water park.

Can I smoke or vape?

No, it is illegal in the state of Maine to smoke or vape anywhere where food is served, including drive-in theaters. Smoking in your own vehicle is also not allowed if you are inside the theater. You may walk up to the front entrance past the ticket booth and smoke, but no smoking is permitted inside the gates. No drugs of any kind are permitted on the premises. Anyone caught will be asked to leave without a refund.

Will my car battery die?

Probably not, but in the event it does we can almost always assist with a jumpstart.

What happens if it rains?

If it rains during the movie we will keep playing through the show.
